Privacy notice
What we collect, why we collect it, and how to have it removed. Written in plain English.
This notice covers Mila Flooring & Carpentry and this website.
Quote requests
When you send a quote request we receive the details you type in: your name, phone or email, county, floor type, rough size and message. We also receive where your visit came from (for example a search engine, an AI assistant or a campaign link), the page you started on, and which of our service pages you looked at during the visit, so we know what you are interested in. We use this only to answer your request and, if you go ahead, to do the job.
- We do not add you to a marketing list.
- We do not sell or share your details.
- We keep enquiries only as long as needed for the job and our records.
Requests are delivered through Cloudflare, which hosts this site, and AuraicPulse, which manages our enquiries and forwards each one to our inbox. Both act only on our instructions.
Measuring the website
We count page views to see which pages are useful. The count is a daily total per page, with the kind of site a visit came from, the country and whether it was a phone or a computer. No cookies are used for this, no IP address is stored, and nothing identifies you. Cloudflare Web Analytics also measures page speed, without cookies.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser may remember your light or dark theme choice. While a tab is open it also remembers where your visit came from and which service pages you viewed; this is cleared when you close the tab and is only sent to us if you send a quote request.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete them. Email [email protected] or call 085 143 3969. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
